DANONE-Murray Goulburn’s drive to expand its national yoghurt range was a tick of approval for the North East dairy industry, the Member for Indi, Cathy McGowan said. Danone-MG Australia general manager Francois Rillet said the Tangambalanga plant produced 20,000 pots of yoghurt an hour. He recently visited the site with Ms McGowan. “The Alpine Valleys Dairy Pathways Project is committed to increasing the productivity of our farms by 2020 to have a gross value of $160 million,” Ms McGowan said.
