Cale has named a strong line-up to play Central Coast with Southcity having five players in the squad.
Thunder trio Andrew and David Cowhan and Ben Jeffery made the cut.
“I’m looking forward to going up a tier,” Cale said.
“There is a high belief among the players that we will compete very well at this level and they’re looking forward to the challenge.”
Group 9 players dominate the squad after they defeated Group 20 in the Maurie Kelly Cup at Griffith.
Gundagai’s Cameron Woo and Southcity coach Nick Skinner were ruled out due to injury.
