Bill Brock, 62, had his home raided and several items seized after allegedly raping the teen, who he had invited to his home for dinner.

Police took clean and dirty bed sheets and condoms from the property on Monday and are awaiting the results of samples taken from the alleged victim, who is aged under 18.

The Wodonga Magistrates’ Court heard on Tuesday Brock touched and digitally penetrated the girl before taking her by the wrist to the master bedroom of his home.

Despite her trying to push him away and telling him to “f--- off”, Brock allegedly had sex with her after removing her shorts and underwear. 

The court heard she ran out of the house and called a friend, who drove from Shepparton and gave her a lift to hospital.

The court heard the truck driver had also sexually assaulted a refugee who spoke little English last September.

That had followed an alleged “brazen” sexual assault against a woman with physical and intellectual disabilities in June.

The court heard police were expected to file more charges by Friday with 11 further victims dating back to mid-2006.

He has so far been charged with two counts of rape and one count of sexual assault.

He has given an DNA sample which must be forensically analysed. 

The court heard Brock sexually assaulted mothers and their children in a pattern of behaviour targeting vulnerable victims.

Brock and his ex-wife are accused of contacting the mother of one of the victims on Facebook to accuse the victim of being a liar.

The most recent victim is too scared to go home and was highly distressed after the offence, the court heard.

Two of the alleged victims live in close proximity to Brock’s home. Detective Senior Constable Jo Simpfendorfer said Brock, who applied for bail, was an unacceptable risk of further offending. 

He appeared before court in a faded, dirty check shirt with a long white beard and grey hair.

Defence lawyer Mario Vaccaro said his client denied all the allegations.

Magistrate Gerard Lethbridge said unless Mr Vaccaro was alleging a “giant conspiracy”, there were a large number of women who had claimed Brock had sexually assaulted them.

He said he was concerned about the allegations and number of alleged victims. 

Brock dropped and shook his head as he was denied bail and led out of the court. 

A woman who had sat in the court also shook her head and cried as she left.

The matter will return to court at a later date.
