The competition attracted a record 1793 entries from 326 national and international breweries.
The Beechworth brewery won eight medals including gold for its Chevalier Saison, which recently gained national distribution through a giant liquor chain.
It got silver medals for its Robust Porter and The Dark Harvest and five bronze medals for Enigma Pilsner, Little Bling, Bling Bling, Harvest and for the packaging of the Christmas Countdown pack.
Founder and owner Ben Kraus said the awards were testament to the dedication of the Beechworth team.
“Regionally we have also seen a strong uptake of locally brewed beer – our region is well known for its produce, of which craft beer is now a recognised part,” he said.
