The JPs will operate from the TAFEspace building near The Cube from Monday after having also had an offer from the community college.
The secretary-treasurer of the Upper Murray branch of the Royal Victorian Association of Honorary Justices, Ian Elston, said a room on the first floor of the building had been offered for rent-free use by Wodonga TAFE.
JPs will be available for advice and the signing of documents from noon to 2pm, Monday to Friday.
"We're over the moon about it, to have a nice office space that's central with good parking," Mr Elston said.
"It's ideal for us, we're really pleased with TAFE."
The need to house police custody officers had forced JPs to vacate their room at the police station.in April.
