Trailing by four goals at half-time, the Demons stormed home to win 10.3 (63) to 8.9 (57) and move to second on the ladder.
The victory was set up in the third term, when the Demons kept Federal scoreless while piling on five goals themselves.
David Low was the star for Corryong, kicking six goals in a best-on-ground display, while coach Evan Nicholas and Dan McInnes were others to thrive in the wet conditions.
McInnes had spent the first part of season in the forward line after coming out of retirement but Nicholas sent the veteran “back where he belongs in defence” against the Swans.
“It was a game of two halves,” Nicholas said.
“We had to have a bit of a discussion at half-time about our effort.
“They dominated us in the first half and then we outworked them in the second half – we got on our bikes and got to the footy first.
“We think we are heading in the right direction and the best thing about us at the moment is that we are playing really good team footy.”
Brent Ohlin provided a target up forward for the Swans with four goals while Jordan Wilson and Daniel Hales also battled hard all day.
Bullioh registered its third win of the season with a six-goal hiding of Cudgewa.
Joel and James Bannister were sensational for the Bulldogs while Arden Greiner and Ben Hall kicked four goals each. John Deery played a lone hand in attack for the Blues with five goals.
