Tickets for Speed: The Fast and the Curious go on sale this Friday ahead of its official opening on August 20, which will include a convoy of vehicles along Dean Street.
“This one is for the boys,” MAMA director Jacqui Hemsley said.
“It’s for men to bring their families, it’s for people to engage.”
MAMA show heeds the need for Speed
The exhibits will offer various interpretations of the automotive theme.
“We’ve got artists that are creating cars from everything from soap all the way up through to plastics,” Ms Hemsley said.
“And we’ve got guys that are actually using car parts to create different sculptures.”
