Versatile tall Michael Thompson and rotation guard Ethan Katalinic rejoin the squad after missing last week's loss to Wangaratta.
The new-look squad almost pulled off a spectacular comeback last weekend, recovering from a 20-point deficit to go down by just six points.
Coach Sam McDonald said the side was feeling positive after getting what was, for many in the side, their first senior game out of the way.
“All of them said they were nervous, but they're happy to have game one under their belt,” he said.
“They've got plenty of opportunities moving forward, I've put it on them to go out and really prove themselves this weekend.
“It'll be another good test for a young group.”
The Lady Wolves tip-off against Bendigo at 6pm in Wodonga, with the men following at 8pm.
