Police attended the caravan park on Wednesday night to speak to the 40-year-old Lavington man.
He barricaded himself inside as they were speaking to him and specialist officers were called in.
They forced their way into the property after three hours of negotiations and arrested the man over unrelated matters.
He will front court this morning.
