Murray River: Is going great for both cod and yellas on both bait and lure, although there’s plenty of smaller stuff amongst them.
There’s plenty of success on surface lures just about everywhere at the moment.
Mulwala: In particular has lent itself to the surface action of late but there’s still a lot of fish on Spinnerbaits and hard bodies in the shallows, as long as you can dodge the speed and wake boats.
Blowering: Producing plenty of small reddies and the odd decent one, along with cod and yellas.
Catch reddies on small vibes, jigs and bait, in 10’ to 30’, while the cod seem to be taking bait angled from the bank during the day, with a few big blokes being spun or trolled at night.
Eucumbene: Fishing pretty well, despite dropping a bit.
Have a happy and safe New Year.
