The votes are in and it’s official – Wodonga’s special care nursery is simply the best when it comes to looking after prem babies and their families.

The nursery has won The L’il Aussie Prems Foundation online poll, up against 64 other special care nurseries across the country.
An overwhelming tide of votes rolled in after a Border Mail article ran online on January 12 and the win means a donation of much-needed equipment.
L’il Aussie Prems president Shannon Zimmerle said she was delighted a regional hospital had won.
“They are obviously doing a great job because the community has shown its voice of appreciation by voting for them,” she said.
There is a Wear Green for Premmies event on April 5.
