Officers searched the Parkland Crescent home in Lavington on Tuesday afternoon.
A heavily tattooed man was arrested inside the property before being taken to the Albury police station by detectives.
Officers will allege the 30-year-old has been involved in the commercial supply of methamphetamine in the region.
The raid came after a long-running investigation into drug trafficking spanning several months.
Detective Inspector Chris Wallace said that investigation had now moved into the “arrest phase”.
“Police executed a warrant at an address in Parkland Crescent and have arrested a 30-year-old male who lives at that premises,” he said from the scene.
“He’s currently being taken back to the Albury police station.
“He is assisting police with their enquires in relation to the large commercial supply of methamphetamine.
“It’s a good result.
“It’s an ongoing matter and there will be plenty of other arrests to occur in the coming weeks and months in connection with this investigation.”
About 10 officers were involved in the raid.
Two large bags of ice, cash, mobile phones and a camera could be seen.
“This is the culmination of an ongoing investigation that has been going on for several months,” Detective Inspector Wallace said.
“This is the commencement of an arrest phase targeting those people that we have evidence on in relation to the supply of methamphetamine,” he said.
“This is the start of it.
“We believe this should have a significant impact on the supply of ice.
“It’s early days but it’s a very good outcome.”
Albury Superintendent Evan Quarmby has previously said ice was a growing concern.
“It’s something that country communities are no longer immune to,” he said last year.
“Every community in NSW is feeling the effects of ice in some way, shape or form.
“We will not take a backwards step in regards to dealing with drugs in our community and in particular offenders who sell drugs to our kids and families.”
