Benalla’s Rebecca Webster has been named vice-captain of the Bushrangers side.
Wodonga Raiders’ Chelsea Knight, Teneale Keene, Julie Harvey and Jess McLean and Lavington’s Iilish Ross and Ahlani Eddy have also made the 25-member squad.
Girls coach Sam Ahmet said the team performed well in their two practice matches.
“We played exceptionally well against Calder Cannons and Dandenong Stingrays, two of the more experienced and stronger TAC Cup girls teams,” Ahmet said.
“The players have steadily improved throughout the pre-season and we’re looking forward to round one this Saturday.”
