Skipper David Miles will play his first match since the 2015 elimination final while Mitta United’s Joe Hodgkin, Finley’s Grant Smith and Jindera’s Danny Warren are set to debut.
Justin Bishop, Ben and Josh Lloyd, Rhys Dempsey, Joel Klemke and Clay Moscher-Thomas are also returning from a season away or injury.
“There will be a fair few new faces out there,” Gilson said.
“The boys are looking forward to it.
“It’s always good to get some former players back and Myrtleford at Myrtleford is always a test.”
North Albury will go into the clash without several of its key position players including John Willis and Jesse Johnston.
The Hoppers and Myrtleford will play five quarters from 2pm.
