The Wodonga mayor was named as part of the planning committee for the Goulburn Murray region, spanning from Campaspe to Towong shires.
Members will nominate the industry sectors to receive investment as part of the package. Murray MP Damian Drum said the money would “aim to deliver the jobs of today which will still be there tomorrow”.
