The North East workshop – at Toland Merino, Feltrim Rd, Violet Town on May 4, 9.30am-3.30pm – will provide an opportunity for sheep and goat producers to learn from independent experts about the potential uses of electronic tagging.
It will also provide opportunities for farmers to talk to eID equipment and software manufacturers.
Agriculture Victoria director of sheep electronic identification Warren Straw said producers will get the opportunity to hear from other farmers already using these digital technology options in their farming systems.
