Bright’s hatted restaurant Tani Eat & Drink will team with neighbours Ginger Baker, Bright Brewery and Bright Chocolate for a progressive dinner on May 5.
The 100 Step Feast will offer seasonal beer tastings at Bright Brewery, contemporary starters at Tani, share plates at Ginger Baker and hot chocolate and dessert at Bright Chocolate. The dinner will be complemented by Ringer Reef wines.
Bright Chocolate co-owner Shannon Crawley said they looked forward to collaborating on the 100 Step Feast again in 2017.
“Our dessert is a Chestnut Chocolate Mousse and Raspberry and Pomegranate in a Tanzania Single Origin Chocolate Cacao Pod,” she said.
Bright Chocolate handcrafts single origin chocolate from bean to bar using ethically-sourced cacao.
The 100 Step Feast is part of the High Country Harvest festival from May 5-21.
Bookings are essential by April 28.
