NOMINATIONS are being called for the East Albury Tennis Club’s winter mixed night competitions.

Play will start on Monday, April 24, Wednesday, April 26, and Thursday, April 27.

We have just finished a really successful competition. The winter comp is popular as well so hopefully we get good nominations. - Yvonne Paull

Forty teams took part in the summer night competition which finished recently.

East West were too strong for Sideliners in the Monday night competition.

Wednesday night finals saw an extremely close match in the gold section with Mustangs winning by four games over Slammers.

In the white section, Hit and Giggle won a tight clash against Smokin Aces.

On Thursday night, Westies dominated Fluffy Ball in the gold section.

Eastsiders were too good for Courtside Cruisers in the white division.

“We have just finished a really successful competition,” club president Yvonne Paull said.

“The winter comp is popular as well so hopefully we get good nominations.”
