The side is yet to concede a goal in its five wins.
In a special moment for the club, Mackensy Mathews returned home to play with younger sister Montanna for the senior women’s side.
Mackensy, 15, has been playing in the Newcastle youth league, while Montanna made her senior debut at just 13 this season.
Albury City president Cameron Burns said the club has a proud family history.
“This year is the first year Albury City hasn’t been able to field the full complement of teams and the one team we’re missing is the under 11 girls,” he said.
“It doesn’t seem much talking about two girls playing for the first time together in first grade, but we want to promote women in soccer and really push that to see if we can get players from other grades to come along.”
In other games, Boomers smashed Cobram 11-0, Wangaratta beat Albury Hotspurs 4-2, while Myrtleford defeated Melrose 3-1.
