The trainee beautician, 20, vanished from the town on Friday night.
Police and emergency services volunteers have resumed a search along the Murray River between John Foord Bridge and Lake Moodemere.
Ms Wilkinson's mother Margaret said the disappearance was out of character for her daughter and she urged anyone with information to speak out and contact the police.
“Shana’s very well loved within the whole family,” she said.
“Anyone who has seen her, please contact police.
“Just come forward — any information would be wonderful.”
Miss Wilkinson was last seen by a young male friend, who dropped her at the corner of Edward Street and Federation Avenue about 11.10pm.
The former Corowa High School student told her friend she was going to visit another, unidentified acquaintance and walked along Edward Street towards Sanger Street.
Miss Wilkinson failed to show up to work at Target Country in Corowa at 10am on Saturday and her mother raised the alarm with police the next day.
Her younger brother Joel spent his 16th birthday on Monday waiting fruitlessly for word of his sister’s whereabouts.
Miss Wilkinson is described as being about 150cm tall, of slim build, with brown eyes, fair skin and shoulder-length brown hair.
At the time of her disappearance, she was wearing a blue jacket with red fleece lining and a National Glass emblem on the front.
Underneath, Miss Wilkinson wore her Australian College of Hair Design and Beauty uniform — a double-breasted white top, black pants and canvas, blue-and-green tartan, slip-on shoes.
Her handbag, wallet and keys were left at home, while the battery in her mobile phone went flat at 12.30am yesterday.
Its last signal was triangulated to a paddock off Boorhaman East Road at Norong, near Rutherglen.
Rescue crews searched that area and the Murray River yesterday.
Anyone with information can call Corowa police on (02) 6033 1144 or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
