Southern Vale Homes won the best custom home $300,000 to $400,000 category at the North West presentation night in Bendigo last week.

The three-bedroom house measures 34 squares on a property of about eight hectares. The design includes two living areas and flows through from the kitchen to an under-roof alfresco area at the rear.
