Highway patrol members stopped a woman's car for a breath test on the Hume Highway at Holbrook about 2.45pm on Thursday.
The woman had been banned from the roads in Albury Local Court earlier this month for drug driving.
She had been disqualified for a year.
The woman had applied for a Victorian licence before attending the court and losing her NSW licence.
