Police knocked on her door in Decimus Street, Deniliquin, about 10am on Friday and the 44-year-old started swearing loudly.
She was warned and police left, but she drove past swearing at the officers a short time later.
The woman spotted the same officer at Coles the following day and abused the off-duty member, swearing at him.
She was again fined $500 for offensive language.
