Mr Beckett said the Thurgoona campus was not at capacity and would be able to accommodate the Wodonga students.
“Our classes will be what they've always been, and we're adding extra classes to accommodate the Wodonga students coming across,” he said.
“The existing infrastructure (in Thurgoona) is enough to fit the Wodonga students in, and in the coming years we have a strategic building plan that we will roll out exactly as we intended.
“Our class sizes will be exactly what they’ve been this year.”
Trinity is the Border’s largest independent school, growing to 1100 students since being founded 15 years ago with just 17 students.
The school will retain the Wodonga campus, which is situated in Ellen McDonald Drive in Baranduda, and use it for specialist learning programs and junior school activities.

The move to the Thurgoona campus was announced to parents on Monday night, with a further information session about the move to be held on Wednesday night.
The school will run buses between campuses before and after school throughout 2018, before reassessing demand for the service at the end of the year.
Mr Beckett said the school was not expecting to lose many students as a result of the change, despite a lengthy increase in travel time for those students moving to Thurgoona.
“That will be a decision for parents to make, what we have on offer is a great education for every Trinity student,” he said.
“I respect that parents have the freedom to make their own choice – we think most of them will choose to come across to the Albury campus.
“This is an adjustment for parents and an adjustment for students, but it’s a decision we’re really pleased with because we have a strategic direction that is about the best interests for every Trinity student.”
The info night is at 7pm at the Wodonga campus.
