Not-for-profit organisation Villa Maria Catholic Homes will offer free advice and mini health checks at the Henty Machinery Field Days.
VMCH state manager Community Services Damien Stones said Henty was a rare opportunity to reach out to thousands of seniors, people with disabilities and their families, particularly those from smaller towns where isolation could be an issue.
“VMCH has had a long presence in regional Victoria and the Riverina district in NSW, offering home care and carer support from bases including Shepparton, Wangaratta, Echuca, Bendigo and Wodonga,” Mr Stones said.
VMCH’s innovative STAY bus, fitted with physiotherapy, remedial massage and podiatry equipment, will be at Henty.
Find VMCH at the exhibitor’s area during the Henty Machinery Field Days from September 19 to 21, 8am to 5pm.
