Yoga Alliance yoga teachers Kylie Bertuch, of Ginger Ki Yoga and Wellness, and Emily Rose, of Emily Rose Yoga, will offer the soul-nourishing weekend from September 29 to October 1.
Participants will experience yoga, meditation, intention setting, mindfulness, nutritional food, essential oils and personal reflection time.
“We will offer participants time out to journey deeper this spring as we reconnect and recharge, delve deeper into our yoga practice, set healthy intentions and enjoy some well-deserved 'me' time,” Ms Bertuch said.
Ms Rose said spring was a time for renewal, to cleanse and detox, to refresh and invite in new energy.
“This retreat will cover all of this, using ancient and modern techniques, in our beautiful Ovens Valley,” she said.
The three-day retreat will be held at 215 Mount Buffalo Retreat, which has a its own yoga studio.
It is designed for people of all experience and ability levels.
