After making the announcement they were opening in September last year, long-time locals and veteran real estate professionals, Narelle Robinson and Fran Wernert couldn’t be more thrilled with where their first year has taken them.
“It’s not an easy decision to open your own business, but the support we’ve received has been very inspiring,” said Fran Wernert.
“What we’ve achieved in our first year is very rewarding and a testament to our hard work and focus on good old customer service.”
The Wodonga team were recently recognised by Ray White Corporate with record months being achieved for both July and August.
In August the team were also awarded with the Property Management Clients’ Choice Award at the competitive Ray White Victoria and Tasmania annual awards, recognising the significant results achieved in the past year.
Reflecting on the year, Narelle and Fran said Ray White Wodonga has grown from a team of three to five and still focus on offering the personal touch.
“We love helping people on their property journey - whether they are selling, buying or renting. We are proud to be somewhere you can come and have a good experience from the moment you walk in the door - no matter who you are,” said Fran.
Earlier in the year, Narelle was named as the Agent of the Year for Wodonga in the 2017 RateMyAgent awards.
The rankings, determined by independent customer reviews, highlight the quality of the selling experience through an individual agent in the categories of market knowledge, communication skills, credibility, negotiation skills and overall satisfaction.
“It is extremely rewarding to get this type of feedback and receiving this award reinforced that we’re doing really good things,” said Narelle. “Opening Ray White Wodonga meant we could operate the way we wanted and really focus on our clients’ needs.”
