What a difference a year makes. Just twelve months after Border Mail photographer James Wiltshire took to the sky in a helicopter to photograph floods which engulfed the region, our farmers are now crying out for rain. Check out the photos from the first week of October, 2016, and while we don’t want another flood, let’s keep our fingers crossed that we see some rainfall in our area soon.
