Chasing a daunting 6-177, Lions’ skipper Vince Chaffey brought up the winning runs in the final over of the match.
Chaffey was outstanding with 82 not out while Dylan Pumpa (48), Mitch Godde (20) and Nick Godde (14 not out) also made vital contributions.
“It’s probably our best win for a while,” Chaffey said.
“It’s always good to chase down a big score.
“When we get a full side we should be a pretty handy team.”
Henty opener Mark White continued his impressive start to the season with 93 not out against some good bowling from Pumpa and Cam Wood.
White has made 34, 89 and 93 in the opening three rounds.
The Rock-Yerong Creek were too strong for Holbrook with Todd Hannam having a day out with 70 and 3-18.
Osborne had the bye.
