While Singe made the side last season, Pryse has been rewarded for her persistence after attending four years of state trials.
Boyer, who is also a star water polo player in the Ovens and Murray, has made the squad as a bottom age player.
Victoria will hold four training sessions before it picks its final line-up.
Pryse has won Wodonga Raiders’ A-grade best and fairest award for the past two seasons as a defender and has been a regular inter-league representative.
The Ovens and Murray has churned out a host of state players over the past decade including Jane Cook, Kate Yensch, Emily Browne and Jacqui Newton.
The 202-centimetre Cook has gone on to play with National Netball League club Adelaide Thunderbirds this season.
