A MAN has spat on the walls of Albury court while being dragged out for swearing.

Clem Oliver John Edwards was only in the dock for a brief period on Thursday before he went off.

“Don't sit there and f---ing eyeball me prick,” he screamed out to an unknown person.

Magistrate Tony Murray ordered his removal and Edwards spat on the wall.

“He can't make those threats in court,” he said.

His aborted bail application will return to the court on Friday.
