Police and emergency services are at the scene on the Corowa Road after the crash at 5.45am.
One passenger has been taken to Canberra with the other flown to Melbourne.
Meanwhile, a truck carrying live chickens has caught alight on the Hume Highway.
Emergency services were called to the incident, about two kilometres south of Holbrook, about 5.10am on Monday.
The trailer was extensively damaged, killing a large number of the birds.
Some of the animals survived and are being removed.
Speed restrictions are in place in the southbound lanes.
