Unthank was in a relationship with Nathan Sullivan, one of three men arrested over breaking into a service station.
About 145 packets of cigarettes and 28 bottles of alcohol were stolen from a Springdale Heights supermarket.
Magistrate Tony Murray was told in Albury Local Court yesterday that the thefts happened in the early hours on February 12.
He was told when police had gathered enough evidence for a search warrant, they searched Unthank’s residence in Clarence Street.
Two suspects tried to flee but were arrested.
Sullivan was found hiding under a bed.
The search of the house uncovered 11.9 grams of cannabis in Unthank’s bedroom and a bong.
Unthank, 30, pleaded guilty to possessing a prohibited drug, possessing equipment to administer a prohibited drug and dealing with property suspected of being proceeds of crime.
Mr Murray fined her $1000 and told her that Sullivan was well known to the court.
Solicitor Mark Cronin said the proceeds of nefarious activity during the night were taken to Unthank’s residence.
Mr Cronin said Unthank was on a sole-parent pension and had children aged 12, 10, eight and six.
The search of her premises was recorded on a video camera.
The alcohol and cigarettes found in the lounge room were hidden under blankets.
There were open bottles of alcohol in the kitchen.
A bag found inside the washing machine had cigarettes and alcohol in it.
Unthank told police after the cannabis was found that it was for her own use.
And she told police she had no knowledge of how the alcohol and cigarettes got to her home.
But cigarette packets were found in her bedside drawers and alcohol near her bed.-
