TOMORROW’S Poker Run has special significance for the Ettamogah-based motorcycle club Party Unlimited.
It hopes the event will take the amount of money it has raised for Legacy on the Border to more than $100,000.
Club spokesman Salty Ellis said more than 300 riders were expected to take part in the mystery ride.
Riders will meet at Albury’s Noreuil Park from 10am, for the ride’s 11am start.
“There will be three stops and people will receive a playing card at each stop,” Mr Ellis said.
“At the end of the day, whoever ends up with a poker hand out of the cards will receive some prizes.
“We have about six plaques that we will also give away for things like the best bike or the oldest bike.”

Mr Ellis said the event had been such a great success because many people recognised the money raised went to a local cause.
“It really fits in because people always like to have something to do on a public holiday,” he said.
Mr Ellis said people travelled from across the region to take part in the event, which had raised about $85,000 over the past 18 years.
“They use it as an event weekend to catch up with family and friends,” he said.
“We always try to take different roads for the mystery ride to keep it fresh.”
Mr Ellis said the Albury-Wodonga area had a lot of respect for those who served in war “to give us the freedoms we have today”.
“We’re hoping this year will be extra special,” he said.
“You don’t know what will happen until the day and, unfortunately, there could be a bit of rain coming.
“But we’re hoping for the highest numbers we’ve ever had.
“We believe we’re on target to reach our goal.
“We we hope we have a nice safe ride and everyone can get back and enjoy a beer at the end of the day.”
