A TEENAGER has been caught with stolen goods, including two watches, following a recent spate of car thefts in Wangaratta.

Wangaratta police arrested the male, 17, at 2.25am on Saturday with the watches, a small gold animal ornament and keys, including those to a Ford car.
One of the watches had personal engraving on it.
Police said there had been thefts from cars in Shiel and Donald streets, in Wangaratta’s west.
They had earlier been told of a male running from a car in the area.
The teen, who was unknown to police, has been charged on summons to appear in court next year.
Police now want the owners of the goods to come forward by contacting Constable Jason Brown on 0357 230 888.
In another incident, , an older model Toyota Tarago was torched in Wangaratta early on Saturday.
Police found it at 12.50am in a service road off Greta Road.
The NSW-registered vehicle had been stolen from a Wodonga car yard sometime between Tuesday and Thursday last week.
Police want any one with information about the vehicle to contact them.
