Three Mountains men have been accused of sexually assaulting a 15-year-old girl during a birthday party in a Hazelbrook home in 2012. Aaron Jensen, 22, Christian Dickens, 21 and another youth who was 17 at the time and cannot be named, were all refused bail when they appeared in court on Christmas Eve. Jensen and Dickens have been charged with aggravated sexual assault in company, detaining a person to gain advantage and knowingly participating in a criminal group. The juvenile has been charged with aggravated sexual assault in company, detaining a person to gain advantage and resisting police. According to the police facts, the alleged crime took place at a party in Dickens’ home at the time, in Landseer Road, Hazelbrook, on October 26, 2012, which was Jensen’s 19th birthday. The victim was a guest at the party and was drinking wine mixed with lemonade. But at one point in the evening she felt she had been drugged and was texting her mother to come and collect her when she passed out. When she came to, she found herself on a bed, unable to move and with the 17-year-old on top of her, assaulting her. Jensen and Dickens subsequently also repeatedly assaulted the girl, according to the facts sheet. Eventually the attackers left and another man at the party helped her get to the toilet and guarded the door. Although the victim told several people – including police -  about the alleged attacks at the time, she did not make a formal statement. But she did so last year when police began investigating unrelated matters concerning a gang operating in the Mountains called “BK”. It is alleged Jensen is a senior member of BK. The men were arrested on December 23. Police said when interviewed Jensen described himself as a “white supremacist” and said if he was going to rape anyone “it would be a model, not that fat slut”. Police opposed bail, fearing that witnesses would be intimidated into withdrawing their statements.  They said Jensen had also threatened to harm the family of one of the police officers on the case.
