Liam Ashley Cotter, 20, appeared in Albury Court yesterday after previously being refused bail in an out-of-sessions court on Saturday.
Police arrested Mr Cotter on Friday after stopping him for another matter and discovering he was wanted for his alleged involvement in the attempted break-in early last week.
He has been charged with break and enter with intent, entering inclosed lands and malicious damage but has denied any involvement in the matter.
He was caught on closed circuit footage with three others trying to force a rear door at the IGA supermarket.
