The Wodonga Business Centre has been created at 15 High Street in the property formerly rented by Dennis Family Homes.
Albury-Wodonga Serviced Offices executive director Guy Rowson said the Wodonga Business Centre could be replicated in Albury and Lavington.
He said the company wanted to recognise the great work done by charities by offering 12 months free office space.
“The proprietors of Albury-Wodonga Serviced Offices recognise the important role local charities play in supporting those in need in our local community as well as fostering a general culture of care among the broader community,” he said.
“We believe by donating these services we will be able to assist at least one local charity to substantially raise its operational efficiencies and enable it to better reach its objectives of helping those in need. “
The donation includes a premium suite of virtual services plus a fully furnished office for two people, valued at $1100 per month.
“In addition to this through our IT service partner and co-tenant, Right Choice Computing, we are offering to provide two fully maintained and supported desktop computers valued at $100 each per month for use in the serviced office,” Mr Rowson said.
“The total value of the proposed donation over the 12-month period is $15,600.”
Charities interested in the offer can phone Albury-Wodonga Serviced Offices on (02) 6051 5656, email contactus@awso.com.au, or visit awso.com.au to submit an expression of interest. The closing date is November 30.
Albury-Wodonga Serviced Offices was established to fulfil a need for professionally maintained and operated serviced offices.
It offers dedicated and shared office facilities for small and growing businesses as well as larger businesses looking to establish a regional or satellite office.
Access to meeting rooms, conference facilities and administration are also offered.
