Colin Hoyle worked at the facility that provided programs to meet the development or educational needs of people with a cognitive impairment.
Hoyle, who is on bail, pleaded guilty to three counts of sexual penetration of a woman with a cognitive impairment who was attending the Benalla facility between February 23, 2011, and January 27 last year.
The Victorian general manager of Yooralla Anthony Putt was present in the court.
The case was adjourned to the Wangaratta County Court to a circuit beginning of February 24.
