Mark Bruce Burton appeared in Albury Local Court yesterday and pleaded guilty to three counts of intimidation, damaging property, cultivating a prohibited plant and possessing a prohibited plant.
Magistrate Tony Murray said it was appropriate to get a pre-sentence report on Burton, 35, of Dumbrell Circuit, and adjourned sentencing until March 4.
Mr Murray was told that officers went to a residence in Dale Crescent at Lavington on November 7 last year.
They were given permission to search the premises and found a large amount of dry cannabis leaf on the floor of a bedroom, plus 2.28 kilograms of cannabis in four bags.
Burton had been in a domestic relationship since April 2007 and it ended about 18 months prior.
He had remained friends with his former partner and lived in the same house.
But they were involved in an altercation and she feared for her safety.
