The pair will fight for the Riverina super middleweight title at John Foord Oval.
Fighters from Griffith, Deniliquin, Wangaratta, Bendigo, Ballarat, Parkes, Wagga and Orange are expected to appear on the 15-bout card.
Promoter Graeme Melbourne said a crowd of about 500 attended a similar event last year and he hoped to attract a similar crowd.
“There should be a minimum of 15 bouts,” Melbourne said.
“But that won’t be finalised until the final weigh-in at John Foord Oval at 12.30pm on Saturday.”
All proceeds will go to the town’s football and cricket clubs.
Ringside tables can be booked at Corowa Sportspower by phoning (02) 6033 2155.
The first bout is at 6.30pm with general entry $35 on the night.
