Robl will speak at the club’s business and barrel’s luncheon at the Commercial Club.
The Sydney-based hoop is a previous winner of the Riverina’s richest race aboard the Graeme Rogerson-trained Luvuleo in 2008.
Robl has ruled out riding at the Albury carnival as he recovers from a spinal injury.
Comedian Marty Fields will also entertain the crowd with over 200 people expected to attend.
The club will hold its final meeting before the Albury carnival on Saturday.
The TAB meeting has received 92 nominations for the six-race card.
The $8000 Commercial Club Sprint (1175 metres) is the feature and has attracted some smart sprinters including Ted Ryder Cup winner Prince Pedro, stablemate Bossdon City, Club Zero, Mrs Menzies and Simmo.
Prince Pedro has been allocated top weight of 60 kilograms despite finishing unplaced at Flemington at his past two starts.
Entry is free for Commercial Club members.
