Rachel Little, Donna Burgess, Lisa Ryan and Don Chambers all tasted success in Hobart last week.
Little claimed gold in the 400 metres, adding the national title to her Oceania and World Championship crowns in the women’s 45-plus division.
She ran 400 metres faster than anybody else in the world this season.
Burgess claimed silver in the 800 metres and was fourth in the 400 metres.
The pair teamed up to claim gold in the 400-metre relay, breaking the Victorian record in the process.
They also took silver in the 4x100-metre relay.
Ryan enjoyed a stellar weekend, bagging gold in the two-kilometre steeplechase, silver in both the 400-metre hurdles and eight-kilometre cross country, as well as bronze in the 30-35 400 metres.
Chambers won six gold, three silver and two bronze medals, continuing his dominance in the men’s 70 to 75 division on his way to the World Indoor Championships at Budapest, Hungary.
