The green Ford Territory lost control entering north-bound from Borella Road and landed on a median strip in the middle of the highway at about 8am this morning.
Around ten minutes later, in the slowed traffic, a female P-plater driving a white Mitsubishi Lancer rammed a trailer carrying a boat.
The boat and trailer, towed by a male driving a Nissan Navara, are both suspected to be write-offs.
Albury firefighters and police attended the scene.
Traffic is no longer disrupted.
