Schools joined the fight to get a youth mental health centre on the Border, filling in butterflies and making a commitment to support the cause.
More than 40 students and staff from Albury-Wodonga high schools filled the board room at The Border Mail’s Wodonga office to discuss ideas to spread the word.
They included talking about the campaign at school, getting students and staff to sign butterflies, creating artwork or videos and using social networking.
“Liking” the campaign Facebook page (facebook.com/AlburyWodongaNeedsHeadspace) was mentioned as a quick way to show support.
The students took butterflies and posters to promote the campaign.
Any schools without butterflies or posters, can email Ashley Argoon at ashley.argoon@border mail.com.au
