The event, which started in 1999, ran from Friday to Sunday with bands, dancing and music workshops.
Adelaide resident Kath Kennedy, who performed with music troupe Dogpatch, said the festival had a great vibe.
“Everyone is so friendly,” she said.
“I was told a lot about the festival before I came here and it’s lived up to its name.”
Performances were held at five venues.
“We had a hoot of a weekend,” Ms Kennedy said.
“The highlight for me was the band The Company.
“They were just magnificent.”
The event also featured casual jamming sessions between the musicians in attendance.
Performers travelled from interstate to play at the not-for-profit event.
It featured some of Australia’s greatest old time country and bluegrass musicians.
