Franchise partner Rocky Singh claimed the awards for strategic local area marketing, excellence in operations for Victoria and Tasmania and national mystery shopper excellence.
The Myer Centrepoint franchise beat 220 other stores across the country for the national mystery shopper excellence award.
“It means a lot to me as it was only my second conference this year since taking ownership two years ago,” Mr Singh said.
“We won the marketing award in 2013, so I had a dream to come back bigger and better this year.”
Prior to becoming franchise partner with Boost Juice, Mr Singh worked as a salesman at Harvey Norman.
Within two years of opening the store, Mr Singh’s decision had paid off with more than 4000 likes and countless five-star ratings on the Albury Boost Juice Facebook page.
Mr Singh said the success of his store simply came down to following the company’s policies.
The Albury store is popular for its frequent themed days, which Mr Singh likes to throw more often than other stores across the country.
“Sometimes it’s not about what you’re doing but what you can do better,” he said.
Mr Singh also credited the success to his staff.
“This would not be possible without the staff here who are always happy and love their customers,” he said.
However, it’s the customers that Mr Singh appreciates the most.
“Our customers are special to us and we aim treat them very well,” he said.
“We love all our customers — thanks for supporting us.”
