The details of both incidents were outlined in apprehended violence applications by four men against Maksymow heard by magistrate Tony Murray in Albury Local Court.
Each of the applicants also sought orders against Thurgoona man Kristopher Calum Crowther, 21, and a juvenile aged 17.
One of the men applying for an order had obvious facial injuries with a cut on the bridge of his nose, a blackened left eye and bruising under the eye.
Crowther was arrested following a pursuit by police after escaping from an Albury nightclub in the early hours of Saturday morning.
He has been charged with assault occasioning actual bodily harm and two counts of assault resulting from incidents on August 23 and October 8.
Crowther was refused bail in an out-of-sessions court appearance on Saturday and remains in custody.
Prosecutor Sgt Brad Lewis said police had been unable to serve the apprehended violence applications on Maksymow and the juvenile.
Mr Murray was told one of the applicants and Maksymow had been in conflict for months over a woman.
It is alleged on October 6, Maksymow punched the other man and broke his jaw as they walked to their vehicles.
The matter was not reported to police because the victim feared the ramifications.
Two days later the victim, 20, went with three friends to a birthday party upstairs at the New Albury Hotel.
The four men later went to the beer garden and saw Crowther, Maksymow and the juvenile.
One of the men spoke to security and they left about 9.30pm to drive back to a Thurgoona residence.
There was a confrontation at the residence a short time later with Maksymow allegedly headbutting another man, 21, causing a blood nose.
It is alleged the juvenile punched one of the men to the jaw.
The victim received two more blows and was then kicked in the ribs after going to the ground.
Crowther allegedly punched another man from behind.
Mr Murray granted interim apprehended violence orders after each of the applicants gave evidence and adjourned the applications.
