Solicitor Joy Kirby represented Rohan Stanley Weaver and said he has an outstanding revocation of parole warrant.
Weaver, 24, appeared before magistrate Tony Murray on charges of using an offensive weapon to prevent lawful detention, entering inclosed lands, damaging property and resisting arrest relating to his time spent on a roof in Schaefer Street.
Ms Kirby said Weaver was pleading not guilty to resisting arrest, but guilty to the other three matters.
It is alleged he threw roof tiles at police before finally coming down to a large waiting contingent of uniformed and plain clothes officers.
He faces three other sets of charges and Mr Murray had ordered the preparation of police briefs of evidence.
Weaver has pleaded guilty to a property damage charge at his mother’s house in Jackling Drive at Lavington about 1.30am on September 14.
He hit a glass vase which was sitting on a kitchen table and it shattered causing a cut to his hand.
Weaver, who has been charged under the names Rohan and Rowan, pleaded not guilty to charges of aggravated break and enter when people are present and intimidation.
When Mr Murray questioned the correct spelling of his first name, Weaver told him it was Rohan.
Police allege Weaver left his mother’s house and forced his way inside a neighbour’s residence by smashing a door and made threats.
Ms Kirby entered guilty pleas to offences of intimidation and assault stemming from an incident at Lavington on September 7.
But Weaver is pleading not guilty to a charge of being armed with intent to commit an indictable offence from the same incident.
The other charges he faces are detaining a person with intent to obtain advantage and robbery in company.
Mr Murray has ordered the preparation of police evidence by December 12.
The charges have been adjourned until December 22 for mention.
Mr Murray was told Weaver was released on parole on June 30, but has a balance of three months and 13 days to serve.
