Emergency services attended a home in Jacaranda Street shortly before midnight.
Police were told a man had been yelling at the front yard of the victim’s home.
The man, who is known to the woman, smashed a front window to enter the home before allegedly stabbing her with the glass three times.
A 40-year-old man has been charged with reckless wounding, common assault and destroy or damage property.
The 34-year-old victim was taken to Albury Base Hospital for treatment for non-life threatening injuries to her neck and right arm.
The man was refused bail to appear at Albury Local Court today.
